Romanian Government Approves Draft Law On Mining Activities

The Romanian Government has recently approved a draft law on mining activities that is intended to replace the existing law, enacted in 2003. In order to be enacted, the draft law needs to pass the Parliament test, which means that it will not come into force this year.
