Stellantis becomes second biggest Vulcans lithium project shareholder

Vulcan supports #Stellantis’s decarbonization strategy, which aims to become carbon-free by 2038. A reduction of 50% is to be achieved by the end of the decade.

– 2023: Today, a joint project to develop geothermal renewable energy to power the Mulhouse power plant in France

– 2023: Agreement on a joint renewable energy development project for the Stellantis plant in Rüsselsheim (Germany)

– 2022: Signing of a binding supply contract for lithium hydroxide

– 2021: Equity investment to become Vulcan’s second largest shareholder and lithium hydroxide supply agreement
