Eve Energy Plans Joint Venture in Turkey

Chinese lithium battery manufacturer Eve Energy has announced plans to establish a joint venture with Aksa Jeneratör Sanayi A.Ş. from Turkey. This was announced by Eve Energy in a statement to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

On January 12th, Eve Energy subsidiary Hubei Eve Power Co Ltd. and Aksa Jeneratör signed a memorandum of understanding for the project. According to the company, the goal is to manufacture and sell battery modules and battery cabinets for outdoor use. The joint venture also plans to develop projects related to energy storage systems.

Details will be announced at a later date

Details on the distribution of shares in the joint venture were not disclosed. There was also no mention of production plans’ proportions. Information on the ownership structure, management, and financing will follow in the final joint venture agreement.
