Europe’s strategy for securing critical raw materials is entering a new operational phase. The launch of the Raw Materials Partnership for the Green and Digital Transition (RAMP) marks a shift from political commitments toward a structured system for research, innovation, funding and industrial cooperation across the entire raw materials value chain.
